Ashley Ross

Sales & Marketing Officer

With over 13 years of experience, Ashley leads our Sales and Marketing efforts with energy and expertise. She oversees everything from showroom promotions and eCommerce strategy to managing key accounts for housing companies and bringing new-build bathroom designs to life.

creativity with strategic thinking, making her a driving force behind our brand’s growth and customer engagement.

Craig Fearn

Senior Manager

Craig is a key member of the leadership team, bringing over 32 years of industry experience to his role as Senior Manager. Starting with the company at just 15 years old, Craig has grown alongside the business, becoming a highly respected and knowledgeable certifying plumber, gasfitter, and drainlayer.

Craig oversees quoting, commercial projects, and housing developments, ensuring every job is delivered with precision and professionalism. Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to quality, he plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.

Jeff Evans

General Manager (Owner)

With over three decades of hands-on experience, Jeff Evans is a certified plumber, gasfitter, and drainlayer who brings expert knowledge and practical skills to his role as General Manager. Since beginning his career in 1988, Jeff has owned and operated plumbing businesses, prioritizing customer satisfaction and quality control every step of the way.

Jeff holds his IQP certification for Backflow Prevention and is known for providing reliable on-site support. A natural leader with a friendly nature and positive attitude, he treats both clients and staff like family, creating a warm and supportive work environment.

Working alongside his wife in their family-run business, Jeff values strong relationships and teamwork. Outside of work, he cherishes his role as a grandad to his four grandchildren, who keep him smiling and motivated.

Kim Baker

Executive Assistant/Rural Operations

Kim Baker is a valued and versatile member of the team, recently stepping into the role of Executive Assistant, where she supports the senior management team and helps keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. Kim also works closely with the Rural team, managing bookings and coordinating jobs in our busy rural department.

Kim first joined the company as part of the sales team, later taking time away to pursue her studies in nursing. Now a registered nurse, she eventually returned—bringing with her a unique blend of skills, experience, and calm under pressure that makes her a real asset to the team.

Leigh Gillman

Finance Manager

Leigh is the master of all things finance. As Finance Manager, Leigh oversees the full scope of the company’s financial and administrative operations, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, job costing, cash management, general ledger, inventory, banking, reconciliations, and sales commission tracking—just to name a few.

Since joining the team in 2013, Leigh has been an integral part of the business, bringing a wealth of knowledge, accuracy, and insight to the role. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of financial systems, Leigh plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the company’s day-to-day operations.

Moreen Evans

Director (Owner)

With over 35 years of industry experience, Moreen is the proud owner and Director of the company. Known for her sharp attention to detail and hands-on leadership, Moreen oversees both the administration and finance teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Her positive attitude, witty sense of humour, and warm, approachable nature make her a much-loved figure among staff and clients alike. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and when she’s not in the office, Moreen treasures her role as “Nona” to her beloved grandchildren.
