Pulsation Control

The CR-1 can control your existing pulsators which can reduce vacuum consumption – pulsator only operates while cups are attached to animal and provide a new lease of life to your old pulsation system by replacing the pulsation controller and wiring looms.

Cluster Drop

The CR-1 can be set to lower the cluster underneath the bridge to provide unrestricted access for the animal as they enter or exit the rotary.

User Switch with Milking Status LED

A robust, intuitive push button switch and multi-coloured LED provide a quick way to operate the cup remover and see the status of the milking. With all electronics encased in epoxy resin to guarantee waterproofness and long operational life.

Programme From Your Phone

Keep control of your milking settings through your smartphone while you milk. Milking settings can be accessed and modified through a web app and wireless communication.

Cow Retention Control

The CR-1 can independently control a retention bar to retain an animal which is still milking at the rotary exit or has kicked the cups off and needs to be represented to the milking operator. The retention function can be set to only operate at rotary exit, reducing wear and maintenance costs of the retention system.

Kick Off Alert

If the milking ends prematurely, for example by the cups being kicked off, the CR-1 will identify this and raise an alarm to alert the milker ensuring all animals can be milked correctly.

Max Milking Time

Automatically stops milking regardless of milk flow – no more waiting for the slowest animal in the row. Can be set to stop milking even when animals are milked in ‘manual mode’ ensuring no animal is accidentally over milked.

WiFi Enabled

Communication to and from each device is via a wireless network ensuring stable, reliable connection to manage milking settings

Lift To Start Milking Process

Simply lift the cluster and begin milking – no need to reach for a start switch. The CR-1 will open vacuum and release the cluster to begin milking. This significantly reduces milking time and operator fatigue by removing the need to press a start button.

Take Off By Position

Stops milking at a fixed position on a rotary regardless of flow. This ensures each animal only completes one rotation to reduce overall milking time.

In Bail Teat Spray

Teat spray every animal, every time at the end of each animal milking, eliminating the need for an extra person in the shed. Sprays from below the animal ensuring better coverage than spraying from behind.

Global Wash

Place all milking points into ‘wash’ mode through a single switch. This prevents the cups being accidentally retracted during washing ensuring all cups can be washed correctly every time
